Individual Savings Accounts (ISA) corporate bonds offer a highly tax efficient way of investing in corporate bonds. ISA corporate bonds can be acquired through some stocks and shares ISAs.

When you put your money into a stocks and shares ISA you will be given a range of investment options, often including the opportunity to invest in corporate bonds. Not all stocks and shares ISAs offer the option of investing in corporate bonds.

An ISA is effectively a tax free wrapper for your savings or investments keeping them free from Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax. You may invest up to £10,680 in a stocks and shares ISA, you can either invest in one particular area, such as corporate bonds, or in a range of different investment options.

You must be at least 18 years old to invest in corporate bonds through a stocks and shares ISA.
